On deck or below the water line, Tribotech Composites offers marine engineers and maintenance managers an environmentally friendly, cost-effective alternative to more traditional materials used in the marine industry. Non-corrosive, greaseless, and self-lubricating, the materials feature great dimensional stability and high load capabilities, and contain no toxic or abrasive fillers. Tribotech materials are easily machined and can be freeze fitted, press fitted or resin chocked. They can be used to replace thermoplastic and metallic bearings and bushings in almost every application where they are used.
